Agent referral

Ask for a referral to a local real estate agent (no charge to you)

For families selling a loved one's home, or buying something smaller or more accessible. Send a request and we'll review it and follow up before any introduction.

Before you request a match

Finish the checks that protect your loved one first: the Medicaid look-back and fair market value, any reverse mortgage, power of attorney or executor authority, the deed and title, and vacant home insurance. Our guide to selling a loved one's home explains each one.

How it works.

  1. You send a request below.
  2. Your request is shared with a licensed real estate professional who is affiliated with Kinhaven's owner. That professional will contact you and talk with you first. If you want an agent, they will introduce you to one.
  3. Kinhaven does not choose, screen, or recommend agents, does not sign agreements with agents, and does not receive any fee.

Ask for a referral

Your request is shared with a licensed real estate professional who is affiliated with Kinhaven's owner, and with no one else. You can also email hello@getkinhaven.com.

The property owner

Often this is your loved one. If you are not sure whose name is on the deed, type Not sure.

Agent referrals are made by a licensed real estate professional who is affiliated with Kinhaven's owner. That professional makes referrals through their own real estate brokerage, not through Kinhaven LLC. Kinhaven LLC does not receive referral fees. If you ask for a referral and later work with the agent you are referred to, that agent's brokerage may pay a referral fee to the referring professional's brokerage, and the referring professional may receive part of it. You do not pay this fee directly, and Kinhaven does not charge you for a referral. Any commission is agreed between you and the agent you choose. You are never required to use a referred agent.

We do not sell your information. We share it with the service providers that run Kinhaven, and with others only when you ask, such as when you request an agent referral.
