• One-time plans are paid once. Monthly Guidance renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account.

Kinhaven is an AI-guided, done-for-you service that provides personalized plans, organized checklists, drafted letters and forms, deadline reminders, and weekly family update emails, with guidance on which licensed professionals to contact, plus an optional introduction to a licensed real estate agent. Drafts are for you to review before use. Kinhaven does not assign a care manager to your family. Content and tools on this site are general information. They are not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Always consult a licensed professional about your situation. In an emergency, call 911.

AI use

No real estate brokerage services

Kinhaven LLC does not provide real estate brokerage services. Agent referrals are described in the referral disclosure in the footer of every page.

Tools and your data

Tool entries are stored in your browser on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device secure. Target dates in the Estate Task Tracker are planning suggestions, not legal deadlines. Amounts in the Care Options Comparison are only the numbers you enter.

Third-party links and partners

We link to government and other outside websites for your convenience and are not responsible for their content. Partner listings marked "Sponsored" are paid placements, not endorsements. You choose whether to hire any provider.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are purchased through our secure checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and terms for each plan are shown before you pay. Joining early access does not create any obligation.

Monthly Guidance subscription and cancellation

[DRAFT for attorney review, including the FTC Negative Option Rule and state automatic renewal laws.] Monthly Guidance is a subscription that renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, charged to the payment method you provide, until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout states the price, that it renews monthly, and how to cancel, and asks you to confirm. You can cancel any time online from Account settings in the Kinhaven app, using the same simple steps you used to sign up. There is no cancellation fee. After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We email you a confirmation when you cancel. We will tell you in advance before any price change.

One-time plans and refunds

[DRAFT for attorney review.] One-time plans are charged once, with no recurring charge. Full refund on request within 7 days of purchase unless you have downloaded or printed your plan or letters. After that, we review requests case by case. To ask about a charge, sign in and use "Request help with a charge" under Account, Billing, or email [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. A full refund of a purchase ends access to the plans that purchase provided, unless another active purchase also covers them. A partial refund does not change your access. After a refund you keep a read-only copy of your saved checklist in your account and can download your data at any time until you delete your account. If you bought the Complete Transition Bundle with a credit for plans you already owned, a refund of the bundle covers the amount you paid for the bundle. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
