Monthly Guidance renews automatically each month at $29 until you cancel, and you can cancel any time online in Account settings. One-time plans are charged once. Full refund on request within 7 days of purchase unless you have downloaded or printed your plan or letters. After that, we review requests case by case. See the subscription and refund terms.
Selling a loved one's home or buying a smaller or more accessible one? After the Medicaid, reverse mortgage, power of attorney, deed and title, and insurance checks, we can match you with a local agent experienced with seniors and estates who can price the home to fair market value, coordinate with the executor or attorney, and help you decide whether to sell as-is or with repairs.
