When paid plans open, you answer a few questions and receive a personalized plan, organized checklists, drafted letters and forms, deadline reminders, and family updates, with guidance on which licensed professionals to contact, plus an optional referral to a licensed real estate agent. Every fee is shown plainly before you pay.

What you get
- A personalized plan built from your answers to a short intake about your loved one, their home, and what is going on.
- Step-by-step checklists, most important first. You mark items Done or Not for us, and your progress is saved.
- Draft letters and forms, such as a quote request or an account notification letter. You review, edit, and send them yourself.
- Reminders by email before each target date. Target dates also show on your checklist. There are no text or app notifications.
- A weekly family update email. You can invite family members to see the plan and check items off.
- A printable family binder PDF that compiles the plan, checklists, contacts, and letters. Family Plan and Family Plan Extended include the binder. Monthly Guidance does not include a binder.

What you do yourself
- Review every draft before you use it.
- Make the calls and send the letters.
- Choose any providers, such as a contractor, a care agency, or a community.
- Sign and submit any paperwork yourself.
- Confirm details with the right professionals, such as an attorney, a tax professional, or your loved one's doctor.
Kinhaven does not arrange care, submit paperwork, or contact providers for you, and it does not assign a care manager or coordinator. It organizes the steps and drafts so your family can act on them.

| Your information after you stop | Your saved plan, checklist, and answers stay saved until you delete them, and you can download a copy any time you have access, including during the 30-day read-only period. Monthly Guidance renews automatically each month at $29 until you cancel, and once plans open you will be able to cancel any time online. Family Plan and Family Plan Extended are charged once. Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. For Monthly Guidance, this applies to your first payment only. You can cancel renewals any time, with no refund for the current period. See the subscription and refund terms.
Refund details: Once you create your family binder, this purchase can no longer be refunded. We ask you to confirm before you create it. If you are refunded for Monthly Guidance, your access ends right away, with no 30-day read-only period. The 30-day read-only period applies only to a normal cancellation or to the end of 12 or 24 months of access.
Ask for a referral to a local real estate agent (no charge to you)
Selling a loved one's home or buying a smaller or more accessible one? After the Medicaid, reverse mortgage, power of attorney, deed and title, and insurance checks, you can ask for a referral to a local agent who works with seniors and estates. Whether to sell, and with which agent, is your decision.
